About the Monitor and their role during visitation
The Monitor is present at all times during the visit between parent and child(ren). All interactions are observed and documented. The Monitor is responsible to intervene and redirect the non-custodial parent if policies are not followed or if there is gross negligence on behalf of the parent.
What We Do
EZvisitation works as a neutral third party during children’s visit with the non-custodial parent. The monitor is present for the emotional and physical safety and legal protection of all parties involved. Monitors are NOT babysitters. During visitation they observe and make note of everything that takes place. They will not intervene unless rules are broken or because of inappropriate behavior. The monitor has the right to end the visit if necessary.
